The EcoGlow Rewards program from Wick'd Soy Candles incentivizes customers to return their used candle jars for a discount on their next purchase. Each returned empty jar earns customers a £1.00 discount towards their next candle purchase.
2. Eligibility:
- The program is available to all customers who buy Wick'd Soy Candles.
- Discounts are applicable only to future purchases and cannot be exchanged for cash.
3. Participation Steps:
- Burn & Enjoy: Enjoy your Wick'd Soy Candle to the fullest.
- Return: Bring back your empty candle jar to our Tower House workshop or contact us to schedule a collection with your next purchase.
- Reward: Earn a £1.00 discount for every empty jar returned, applied towards your next candle purchase.
4. Discount Details:
- Customers will earn a £1.00 discount for every empty jar returned.
- Discounts will be applied to the total amount of the next candle purchase.
- The discount is cumulative. For instance, returning 10 empty jars will provide a £10.00 discount.
- There is no limit on the number of jars that can be returned at once. However, if the total value of the returned jars is less than the cost of the new candle, the customer must pay the remaining balance.
5. Conditions:
- Returned jars must be authentic Wick'd Soy Candle containers.
- Jars must be empty and in good condition to qualify for the discount.
- The discount applies exclusively to candle purchases and cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts.
- Discounts are non-transferable and must be redeemed by the individual who returned the jars.
6. Collection and Return Process:
- Customers have the option to return empty jars to our workshop at Tower House.
- To arrange collection, customers are required to contact us beforehand to schedule pickup alongside a new purchase.
